Connect Ctrip
Step 1 - Getting Started
If you do not have an account at Ctrip:
- You need to create an account at Ctrip. Here's the sign-up link.
- After completing, you should receive your Hotel ID and Username.
- Reach out to your Ctrip account manager and request them to enable the connection with Cloudbeds channel manager.
- Once you receive a confirmation, proceed to Step 2.
If you do have an account at Ctrip:
- Reach out to your Ctrip account manager and request them to enable the connection with Cloudbeds channel manager.
- Once you receive a confirmation, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 - Start mapping Ctrip in Cloudbeds PMS
- Go to Distribution
- On the Discover tab, search for and click on Ctrip.
- If you have an account in Ctrip, click to enable channel.
- If you do not have an account in Ctrip, click to create new account.
- Login with your Ctrip Hotel ID, Username, and Password. Click Continue to proceed.
- Map the room types created in Cloudbeds with their corresponding rooms in Ctrip. A drop-down menu will display all the existing rooms in the channel's extranet.
Don't map multiple rooms to one single room in Cloudbeds PMS or channel. The room mapping must be one-to-one.
For Ctrip, if you have multiple rate plans created in the extranet, the rate plans will be displayed as separate room types on the rate plan mapping page. We recommend, in that case:

- Leave only one rate plan in the OTA to be mapped or
- Reach out to your Ctrip market/account manager to set the rate plans to be derived from a rate plan that will be mapped to Cloudbeds.
- Add Base Rate Adjustment for each room type if needed. Click Continue when completed or leave it at zero to skip.
The mapping is complete.
- Click on Full Refresh to send an update to the channel.

- Per-person pricing (occupancy-based pricing) - allows properties to set dynamic rates based on the number of guests staying in a room, providing greater pricing flexibility and optimization. Prices for adults and children can be set on base rate and rate plan levels and managed via the Availability Matrix.
