Connect Traveloka to Cloudbeds PMS

Step 1 — Getting started

• If you don’t have a Traveloka account: Sign up here.
• If you already have a Traveloka account: proceed to Step 2.

Important: Create all room types in both Cloudbeds PMS and the Traveloka extranet before starting the connection.

Step 2 — Enable Cloudbeds as Channel Manager in Traveloka

1. After completing your property setup in Traveloka, contact your Traveloka Market Manager/Coordinator to activate Cloudbeds as your channel manager in the Traveloka Extranet and to generate your Hotel Code.
2. When activation is confirmed and you receive your Traveloka Hotel Code, continue to Step 3.

Step 3 — Map Traveloka in Cloudbeds PMS

1. Go to the Distribution page
2. Open the Channels tab
3. Search for Traveloka and click to begin setup
4. Sign in using your Traveloka Hotel Code.

5. Map room types in Cloudbeds to their corresponding rooms in Traveloka. Use the drop-down to select the matching Traveloka room for each Cloudbeds room.

6. Rate Plan Mapping: map at least one rate plan per Traveloka Accommodation Type to ensure proper rate sync.

7. (Optional) Click Adjust all to add a Base Rate Adjustment for each room type. Click to Apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

Taxes, fees, commissions, and payment methods

Cloudbeds PMS separates Traveloka Hotel Collect and Traveloka Channel Collect. Reservations indicate whether payment is made directly to the hotel or collected by the channel. You can configure taxes, fees, commissions, and payment methods separately for each.

Configure taxes, fees, and commissions

1. After completing channel mapping, go to Reservation Sources in Cloudbeds PMS.
2. Open the Third Party Sources tab.
3. Locate Traveloka.
4. Configure taxes/fees and commissions for Channel Collect (if applicable).
5. Configure taxes/fees and commissions for Hotel Collect (if applicable).

Configure payment methods

Prerequisite: Payment Processing must be enabled.

1. In Cloudbeds PMS, open Payment Options.
2. Scroll to Processing Methods.
3. Select the payment method for Traveloka Hotel Collect and Channel Collect separately.
