- Inntopia is a dynamic e-commerce platform that includes the possibility to use a booking engine and CRS built for resorts that use multiple systems to sell and manage the experiences they offer.
- Inntopia aggregates live rates, availability, and inventory across all of these systems so guests can book everything in one booking engine online, and call center agents can do the same via a single interface.
- The result is a smoother, faster experience for your guests and agents and increased cart sizes, conversion, and revenue for the resort.
Cloudbeds now supports both two-way and one-way (custom) connections for this channel. During setup, you will see a Connection Type step where you can choose between Full Connection (standard 2-way sync) or Custom connection (partial or one-way sync).
The Custom connection option can be enabled upon request. To learn more about supported options and how to configure them, see Configure Connection Types for Channel Managers and CRSs (Full, One-Way, and Custom Connections).
Connection process
Before setting up the integration in Cloudbeds, new and existing Inntopia clients, must:
- Contact the Inntopia support team at customercare@inntopia.com to request the integration between Cloudbeds and Inntopia.
- Follow the guidance provided by the Inntopia team to configure their Inntopia account.
- Enter room and rate codes into the Cross Reference field in their Inntopia account.

- Room codes: These codes can be taken from the accommodation abbreviation in Cloudbeds or any other codes associated with rates and rooms.
- Rate codes: The BAR code is set for all base rates by default on the Inntopia side.
- The main requirement is that each code must be unique for every room and rate.
- These codes will be used for room and rate mapping on the Cloudbeds side.
- You must set the ‘Cloudbeds’ option as the Remote System in the Cross Reference module, as shown in the screenshot below. The Inntopia team will instruct you regarding this.
- From your Account
, click on Settings
and go to Distribution
- On the Discover tab, search for Inntopia
- Click Enable Channel
- Log in with your channel Hotel ID and click Continue to proceed.
- Room Mapping: Enter the Inntopia Room Code in the Channel Accommodation column to map the room types. Click Save and continue.
Entering the correct Inntopia room code is crucial for sending availability, rates, and inventory (ARI) through Cloudbeds. Unfortunately, we cannot access the list of rooms from Inntopia, which is a limitation on their part.
- Rate Plan Mapping: Click Configure for the chosen Cloudbeds accommodation. Enter the Inntopia Rate Plan Code in the Channel Rate Plan field, Save, and continue.
Entering the correct Inntopia rate plan code is crucial for sending availability, rates, and inventory (ARI) through Cloudbeds.
- Base rate adjustment. Standard logic users can adjust their rates, increasing or decreasing them specifically for the Inntopia connection. If you make changes, click Save; otherwise, click Next Step.
- Extra Settings. You can set rates for extra adults and children at this step. Save and continue.
Once your setup is completed in Cloudbeds, you must contact the Inntopia team and follow their instructions.
As soon as Inntopia takes its internal steps, the connection will be live!

This channel supports automatic payment-processing methods
You can configure Cloudbeds PMS to authorize or process deposit payments automatically according to your predefined rules when reservations are initially received from this channel.
