Overview

  • The M3 Integration with Cloudbeds PMS simplifies data synchronization between your Cloudbeds account and the M3 Accounting Platform.
  • The M3 Integration allows Cloudbeds PMS users to sync transactional data to their M3 account seamlessly.
  • By using Custom Transaction Codes, you can map your Cloudbeds transactions to specific accounts in M3, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.

How Revenue Sync Works

  1. Daily Sync: Each 6 AM local time, Cloudbeds summarizes your transactional data based on configured Custom Transaction Codes and sends it to M3 for the previous day.
  2. Custom Transaction Codes: These codes align transactions in Cloudbeds with your M3 accounts. Codes must be set up before data can be synced.
  3. Real-Time Updates: Transactions without Custom Transaction Codes will appear in the “Cloudbeds-Unmapped-Transactions” account in M3 until codes are added.

Limitations of the Integration

  • Ledger Balances: The integration does not currently support A/R and Deposits (Ledger Balances), and beginning and ending balances are not posted. This feature is expected to be added soon.
