Come effettuare la connessione
- Connetti l'app Italy - Statistics Report (ROSS1000) nel Marketplace: Come collegare un'app al PMS Cloudbeds.
- Se indicato, seleziona la struttura a cui vuoi connettere l'app.
- Autorizza l'accesso agli elementi indicati quando richiesto.
Nota: La procedura di installazione può durare circa 30 secondi, durante i quali potrebbe non essere visibile alcuna attività.
- Una volta terminata la procedura di connessione, vai alla sezione App connesse e fai clic su Pagina dell'app.
- Fai clic su Impostazioni
- Inserisci il codice ROSS1000 della struttura fornito dal tuo comune e fai clic su Invia.
Dopo il clic sul pulsante "Invia", può sembrare che non accada nulla. I tuoi dati verranno comunque salvati. Puoi anche fare clic due volte sul pulsante per assicurarti che l'invio avvenga, ma dopo averlo fatto puoi lasciare la pagina.
Attualmente l'app non invia i rapporti automaticamente. Devi scaricare manualmente il rapporto dalla pagina della documentazione il primo giorno di ogni mese e caricarlo sul sito web apposito del tuo comune. Contiamo di risolvere questo problema entro il primo trimestre del 2025.

How to connect
- Connect the Italy - Statistics Report (ROSS1000) app in the Marketplace: How to Connect an App to Cloudbeds PMS.
- If prompted, select the property to which you want to connect the app.
- Allow Access to the listed items when prompted.
Note: The installation process may take approximately 30 seconds, during which you might not notice much activity.
- Once the connection process has finished, go to the Connected Apps section and click App page.
- Click Settings
- Set your Property ROSS1000 Code provided by your Comuni and click Submit.
After clicking the “Submit” button, it may appear that nothing happened. However, your data will be saved. It’s safe to click the button twice to ensure submission, but after doing so, you can exit this page.
The app does not currently send the reports automatically. You must manually download the report from the Documents page on the first day of each month and upload it to your corresponding Comuni statistics website. We expect to resolve this issue by the first quarter of 2025.
