Connect D-Edge CRS to Cloudbeds PMS

Connecting process

Step 1 - Contact D-Edge team

  1. If you do not yet have a D-EDGE account, contact: connect@d-edge.com.
  2. Existing D-EDGE clients must contact the D-Edge team for approval for integration before proceeding. 

Step 2 - Connect your channel account through Cloudbeds PMS

  1. Enable channel
  2. This connection needs to be approved. To activate this channel:
  • Contact your D-Edge account manager to request the integration to Cloudbeds as described in Step 1.
  • D-Edge will then email support@cloudbeds.com to confirm your property is ready for activation.
  • The Cloudbeds support team will then enable the connection. You will be notified via email when the connection has been enabled, and your rooms are ready for mapping.

3. Access the connection page. You will see that the login credentials are already there.
Click Next Step to proceed.

4. Map the room types created in Cloudbeds with their corresponding rooms in the channel. A drop-down menu will display all the existing rooms in the channel's extranet.

 Do not map multiple rooms to one single room in Cloudbeds PMS or channel. The room mapping must be one-to-one.

5. Rate Plan Mapping. Click to Configure each room rate plan.

6. Add a Base Rate Adjustment for each room type (if needed). When completed, click Continue, or leave it at zero if you want to skip it.




Step 3 - Final confirmation

After completing all the steps above, the integration status will change to Enabled. The D-EDGE team requires a final connection inspection to ensure it is fully operational. If necessary, they will contact you or our internal team.
