Connect Mirai to Cloudbeds PMS

Mirai is the hotelier’s partner with the common objective of maximizing the potential of direct sales. Offering a comprehensive suite of services designed to maximize direct sales and reduce distribution costs, Mirai is more than a Booking Engine. Its solutions include Metasearch Connectivity, Digital Marketing, Contact Center, and 3D Digital Twin.

Integrating Cloudbeds and Mirai allows for real-time synchronization of reservations, availability, and rates between the two platforms. This integration helps to streamline operations, reduce manual data entry, and improve the overall booking experience for guests.

  This connection doesn't affect the Cloudbeds Booking Engine.

Connect Mirai

Step 1 - Getting Started

If you don’t have an account at Mirai

If/When you have an account at Mirai

  1. Reach out to your Mirai account manager and request them to enable the connection with Cloudbeds Channel Manager.
  2. Sign the authorization Mirai will send you.
  3. Mirai will provide your user credentials, having full access.
  4. Go ahead and proceed to Step 2.

  Important to note

  • Becoming a new Mirai customer (to have a new contract) can take 48 - 72 hours.
  • The process for a current Mirai customer who wants to connect their account with Cloudbeds PMS will take less than 48 hours.

Step 2 - Connect your channel account through Cloudbeds PMS

  1. From your AccountAccount menu.png, click on Settings Settings.pngand go to Distribution Distribution icon.png
  2. Search for Mirai on the Discover tab
  3. Click
  4. Log in with your Mirai's Provider Code, User, and Password, and click Continue to proceed.

  1. Map the room types created in Cloudbeds with their corresponding rooms in Mirai. A drop-down menu will display all the existing rooms in the channel's extranet. When you're finished, click Continue.

  1. Rate Plan Mapping. Assign the corresponding Mirai rate plans to each Cloudbeds accommodation you want to sync. Once you're done, click Continue.

  1. Add a Base Rate Adjustment for each room type (if needed). When completed, click Continue, or leave it at zero if you want to skip it.

  1. After completing all steps, you will be prompted to the Confirmation page. Here, you can switch between the channel setup steps and edit your channel settings (if needed).

Click Finish.

 After Mirai's connection is completed:

  • The connection is displayed as enabled, and our system automatically sends ARI (Availability, Rates, and Inventory) to Mirai.
  • During the initial connection, reservations made in the last hour will be pulled by Cloudbeds.
  • Cloudbeds will receive all new reservations, cancellations, and modifications.

Supported channel features

    • Real-time Synchronization: Ensures rooms, rates, and availability are consistently updated between Cloudbeds and Mirai.
    • Advanced Channel Rates: Allows dynamic and flexible rate management across various distribution channels.
    • Close Days: Enables the hotel to mark specific days as unavailable for booking.
    • Closed to Arrival/Departure: Allows hotels to prevent check-ins or check-outs on certain days.
    • Minimum/Maximum Length of Stay: Sets restrictions on the shortest or longest duration a guest can book.
    • Credit Cards: Manages credit card information securely within the system.
    • Cancellations: Processes cancellations efficiently, updating availability in real-time.
    • Modifications: Handles booking modifications, ensuring all systems reflect changes accurately.
    • Booking Cut-offs: Setting time limits after which bookings can no longer be made.
    • Per-Person Pricing: Pricing is based on the number of occupants.

  The Last Minute Booking feature is not included.
