Edit reservations in the Cloudbeds App

Overview

The Cloudbeds Mobile App offers users the ability to edit reservation data easily. To access this feature, simply open the Cloudbeds App and navigate to the More Options menu. Within this menu, users will find a quick and convenient way to edit the following reservation details with just a few clicks:

  • Dates of stay
  • Number of guests (adults/children)

Edit reservations (Cloudbeds App)

Step 1 - Access the reservation to edit
  1. In the Cloudbeds App, go to the reservation to edit
  2. Click on View reservation details

Step 2 - Go to the reservation details
  1. In the reservation to edit, click on More Options  Three dots (ellipsis).png
  2. Click on Edit reservation

Step 3 - Edit reservation data
The reservation details are individually categorized. Click on the desired section to edit (dates, number of guests, or reservation rates) Learn more about how to edit each section below.


Edit dates

  1. Click on the Dates section
  2. Select the new dates for the reservation
  3. Click on Apply

Edit the number of guests

  1. Click on the Guests section
  2. Edit the number of adults and/or children
  3. Click on Apply
