Cloudbeds App is a new native application for iOS and Android devices.
- It allows users to perform everyday front desk actions from anywhere, no longer being tethered to a desktop or trying to use the mobile web browser to perform simple, quick actions.

Functionality currently available
- The dashboard shows Today's and Tomorrow’s reservation activity
- View all arrivals, departures, and in-house stays for today and tomorrow
- Assign rooms
- Check-in/check-out guests
- Quick-search bar for individual guests and reservations
- Add payments for the full balance due on a reservation via Tap to Pay
- Dashboard real-time occupancy rate meter
- Easy-add notes about any guest or reservation
- Housekeeping view of room status and condition
- Update room statuses & assign housekeepers to accommodations
- Reservations details
- Edit reservation (dates, guests)
- Send a message to your guests
- Notes tab within the Reservation details which houses both Reservation and Guest level notes. Users may add new notes from here.
- Multi-property notifications: You will receive push notifications for all the Cloudbeds Guest Experience accounts you can access, not just the one to which you are currently signed. This way, you will not miss messages from other properties. Even if you are viewing Property A, you will also receive notifications from Property B. Clicking on the notification will then reload the mobile app into Property B and into the conversation that prompted the notification.
- View real-time notifications: Stay informed about key events, such as new bookings, cancellations, guest messages, and more, directly on your mobile device.
- Access notification history: Easily revisit past notifications to track important updates and changes.
- Filter notifications: Focus on specific notification types by using the filter options, just like you can on the web version.
- Generate a Pay-by-Link directly from within the Cloudbeds App and send it as a message to the guests.
Calendar Features:
- View Reservations and Blocks: You can see all of your reservation and room blocks directly on the calendar.
- Access Reservation Details: Tapping on a reservation block will take you directly to the Reservation details screen.
- View Block Information: Tapping on a room block opens a drawer with more information about the block.
- Search for Rooms: Use the search function to quickly find a specific room on the calendar.
- Adjust the Date Range: Easily navigate through your calendar by changing the displayed date range.

Hey there, it would be extremely useful to be able to see a full calendar view on the app.
It's possible on most PMS platforms.
Will these be a new feature coming soon? It's very cumbersome to have to login to cloudbeds from a browser on your phone.
