This article explains how to set up and update the Terms and Conditions for your property on Cloudbeds PMS.
Make sure to set up all of your policies before you go live so that you are fully protected and the information is clearly described for your guests. See the Policies Overview for more information.
Set up and Update Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions will be displayed on your booking engine only, this information will not be shared with your connected channels.
- Click on Account
- Click on Settings
- Go to Policies
- Go to Terms and Conditions
- Choose the language for your terms and conditions
- Enter your terms and conditions. Apply format, if needed
The system will not translate the terms and conditions automatically. Switch the language and add the translated text manually to display your text in different languages on your booking engine.
Once your Terms and Conditions are set, these will appear in the booking engine, specifically in the Property Information section:
