Access and builder overview
- Go to the Cloudbeds Websites portal
- Enter your credentials (Email and password)
- Click on Login
- Site Overview - Once you log in, you will see a website assigned to your user account. The site status (published/unpublished) is shown next to it. From here, you can preview it or start editing.

Stats - Website statistics highlights. They will be available after the website is published. Clicking on the Open Full Stats or Stats tab to see more analytics.
Website stats are provided by Cloudbeds Website Builder and are not linked to Google Analytics.
- Form Responses - The list of responses from site visitors who submitted forms to your site when it is live (if created). Here you can export them to CSV or start managing them.
- SEO - Manage the meta title and description tags of all your site pages.
- Sites - This section includes all the sites created within the Cloudbeds Websites Builder for your properties. All your websites will be listed in this section.
- Stats - Access your fully detailed Stats
- Help -You will spot little question mark icons throughout the platform that bring you to the help center and provide more information. Please note that you have limited permissions and access to the platform features. This manual has all the information needed.
- Account Settings - By clicking on the account icon, you will be able to change your password and platform language.
- Website status - Check if your website has been published or if it is not published yet.
- Edit - Direct access to your website editor.
- Preview - See how your website looks on different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) from the overview page. We recommend spending some time browsing through all pages and clicking on the links.
If you have requested a multi-language site, the Preview option will not be available yet during your first review. When building a website, we add additional language after the layout and content have been approved.
