Cloudbeds uses multifactor authentication solution (MFA) to guarantee an extra layer of security to your account. Check below how to reset your multi-factor authentication method, if needed.
Important Security Update
For enhanced account security, SMS and email verification are no longer available as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) options. Please switch to using a Google or Apple authentication method. These updated methods offer stronger protection against unauthorized access and help keep your data secure. If you need help switching your MFA method, just contact support.
How to reset for your user
- Account
- My Profile
- Reset Multi-Factor Authentication
- Reset
Then you will be logged out and you will need to set up your new MFA method:
- Enter your email
- Password
- Now set up the preferred MFA method

How a Property owner can reset for other users
- Account
- Settings
- Users
- Click three dots near the user
- Select to Reset MFA status
- This action will trigger the user to reset their MFA method next time they log into the system.
