Since Cloudbeds is moving to Okta as our new multifactor authentication solution (MFA), all of the users have to reset their multi-factor authentication (MFA) to Okta.
Follow the instructions below to Reset Multi-Factor Authentication for your user:
- Account
- My Profile
- Reset Multi-Factor Authentication
- Reset
Then you will be logged out and you will need to set up your new MFA method:
- Enter your email
- Password
- Now set up the preffered MFA method
