Multi-Factor Authentication - How to Reset

Since Cloudbeds is moving to Okta as our new multifactor authentication solution (MFA), all of the users have to reset their multi-factor authentication (MFA) to Okta.

Follow the instructions below to Reset Multi-Factor Authentication for your user:

  1. Account
  2. My Profile
  3. Reset Multi-Factor Authentication
  4. Reset

Then you will be logged out and you will need to set up your new MFA method:

  1. Enter your email
  2. Password
Cloudbeds - Google Chrome
  1. Now set up the preffered MFA method
