🧠Reporting navigation may look different in your account
Cloudbeds is updating how reports are accessed in the PMS. Depending on your property and rollout stage, you may see either the consolidated Reporting menu experience or the newer Reporting Homepage experience.
This change affects where reports are accessed, but it does not change the report data, calculations, filters, permissions, or financial logic.

The Stock & Inventory report shows how many products have been pre-sold in your property. The report includes data for today and future dates only; you cannot see data from the past.

Access
- Click the Main Menu
- Click Classic reports
- Select Stock & Inventory Report.
View report
- Category of the item/product.
- Item/product name.

Current amount in Stock.
- Highlighted (in red) when lower than the reorder quantity.
- Quantity Pre-sold for each week (next 7 days): All pending transaction types are scheduled to post in the next 7 days. Click the calendar button to choose the start date. You can only select today and future dates; no dates in the past.
 Numbers highlighted in red indicate that the quantity of items/products has reached the threshold you have set up under the Reorder column in the Items and Services tab.
- Clicking the value will bring up a modal with additional information: Reservation ID, Guest Name, Arrival Date, and Quantity of Items.
- Click the sorting icon if you'd like to sort the information by ascending/descending order.
Email or export to PDF/Excel
Click the button to send the report via email or export to PDF/Excel.
