Things you should note before getting started
- Channel manager activation in Agoda's extranet is mandatory (Step 2): This action is required before Cloudbeds can activate the channel.
- All rooms and rates must be carefully mapped, and the extra settings must match the ones you configured in Agoda's extranet. If they don't match, syncing errors will occur.
Connect Priceline/Agoda to Cloudbeds PMS
Step 1 - Getting Started

If you don’t yet have an account on the channel:
First, you need to create an account via the sign-up link or contact their customer support. - If you already have an account on Priceline/Agoda and would like to integrate with Cloudbeds, proceed with Step 2 below.
Step 2 - Enable the channel manager mode in Agoda
- Go to the Property page in Agoda YCS extranet
- Open the Rates & Availability
- Go to Connectivity Settings
- Select Channel Manager and choose Myallocator (Cloudbeds) from the dropdown
- Save and collect the IDs for your property, room, and rate plan.
After enabling the Channel Manager mode in Agoda's extranet, it may take up to 15 minutes for the changes to be reflected in Cloudbeds. Please wait before attempting to proceed with the connection.
Step 3 - Connect your channel account through Cloudbeds PMS
- From your Account
, click on Settings
and go to Distribution
- Search for Priceline/Agoda on the Discover tab
- Click on Connect Existing Listing
- Login with your Hotel ID and click Continue to proceed to the next step.
Find your Hotel ID in the upper-right corner of the Agoda YCS extranet.
- Map your room types created in Cloudbeds with their corresponding rooms in Priceline/Agoda. A drop-down menu will display all the existing rooms in the channel's extranet. When you're finished, click Continue/Next Step.

- Map your rate plan(s) between Cloudbeds PMS and Priceline/Agoda.
You must map at least one rate plan per Channel Accommodation Type to ensure proper rate sync.
- You can create multiple rate plans for each room type and have those sync to Priceline/Agoda. Click here to check further information.
- Add a Base Rate Adjustment for each room type, if needed. If you want to skip this step, leave it at zero.

- This channel requires you to select an option for Extra Settings.
The option you select on this page must match what is set in your Priceline/Agoda extranet.
- Pricing Model Setting - Select the Pricing Model that you want to use with Agoda / Priceline. This setting controls how the prices for each accommodation is sent to Agoda / Priceline. It does not update any settings on the Agoda / Priceline extranet.
- Currency - The currency selected must always match your default currency of your Priceline/Agoda Extranet.

Extra-Bed Rate setting - There are three options for the Extra-Bed price - the option you choose must match what is specified in your Priceline/Agoda extranet.
- Same as Room Rate
- Do not set extra bed rate
- Extra bed rate set below
- Click Continue/Save
The mapping is complete.

"Create New Account" (item5) has been replaced. We have not been successful to sign up our hotel with agoda, all indications are that the partners of agoda are supposed to be travel agencies.

I have 5 different 'hotel ID's' with AGODA
When I try to mapp each room I am not able to add them all.
Agoda is hopeless with customer support and, i am getting very frustrated trying to get help with mapping. I am using a MacBook pro with Sequoia 15.5
