• Do not solicit community members for any commercial purpose. You may link to approved apps on the Marketplace if relevant to the discussion. Do not solicit community members to interact with you outside the community to obtain support.
• Do not post or link to content that promotes or encourages illegal activities, sexual services or products, or pornography.
• Do not post or link to viruses, bots, worms, trojan horses, or other malicious software, or utilize the community to post, link to, generate, distribute, or promote any kind of spam;
• Do not post or link to content that disparages Cloudbeds or its partners.
• Do not spam the community with advertisements or self-promotion.
• Do not post on behalf of other users without their express permission.

Community Content

• Our community is organized by topics to ensure focused discussions. Before posting, ensure your posts are relevant to the topic at hand. Off-topic posts may be removed or transferred to the most relevant location. 
• Before posting, check if your question or topic has already been discussed. Duplicate posts may be moderated.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for system improvements.
• Ensure your content is informative by providing enough details regarding your experience. 
• Encourage others, especially new users. Community members may have varying levels of expertise and experience. 
• Do not provide inaccurate information; if you don't know the answer, it's better not to comment.
• Do not misrepresent yourself, lie about your identity or affiliation, or falsely imply any association or sponsorship by Cloudbeds.

• Consequences may range from a written warning to the applicable user to removal from the community. We encourage all users to report any behavior that violates our guidelines to our Support Team.
