With this update, the chargeback and chargeback resolution emails for Cloudbeds Payments customers will be user-defined and will be managed in the System Notification Preferences on Cloudbeds PMS.
Cloudbeds Payments in Mexico is in pilot testing phase.
Chargeback notification and resolution emails were sent to the property profile email. This email is what is listed on the Property Profile page on Cloudbeds PMS.
Property owner can add the right users/email addresses to the list of recipients of the chargeback notifications in the System Notification Preferences. If left empty, the notification will be sent out to email address registered in Property Profile.
