How to connect TrustYou

Follow the steps below in your Cloudbeds PMS account:

  1. Go to your Account Account menu icon.png
  2. Select Apps & Marketplace Apps and Marketplace icon.png
  3. Search for TrustYou
  4. Click Learn More
  5. Click Connect App

  1. Authorize the connection with TrustYou

Create a new account

If you don't have a TrustYou account, enter a few details and a new TrustYou account will be created for you. You will be redirected to your account:

You will receive the welcome email with your new username and ability to set a password. If you ever disconnect the apps make sure you use these credentials to access your TrustYou account.

If you lose access to your TrustYou account please contact TrustYou support. Cloudbeds doesn't see or in any way control your account credentials.

Login to your existing TrustYou account

If you already have a TrustYou account, proceed to log in.

You are now logged into TrustYou and can start configuring and monitoring your TrustYou Stars account.
