Manage your Internal Communication through the Team Chat

You can manage your internal team communication from within Whistle for Cloudbeds Team Chat tab. Allows users to create channels with multiple users to be notified anytime someone in the channel sends a message.

Create a channel

  1. Access the Team team tab.pngtab
  2. Click to create
  3. Type in your Channel Name
  4. Select the Users you wish to be part of your channel (group message)
  5. Click Confirm

Send Messages

You can use the Team feature to: 

  1. Send messages to a Team chat 
  2. Send messages through a Direct Chat (only you and the user can see the messages)
  3. Create a new channel (group of people) to have a team chat
  4. Select the team chat you want to message 

Edit or delete users and channels

  1. To add additional users, click on mceclip4.png
  1. To delete the channel, click on mceclip5.png
  2. To delete the user from the channel, hover over the user and select mceclip5.png (Super Admin Access is Required
