In Whistle, you can create Variables to quickly add property information to your messages, such as check-in and check-out times, address, website, etc. Find in this article how to create, edit, send and delete them.
How to Create, Edit and Delete Variables
- Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
- Select the Variable section
- Click + Add Variable at the top right of the page
- Create Label
- Add Value
- Click to Save
You can edit or delete the variables anytime by clicking the pencil and trash bin icons next to it:
How to Send Variables on a Message
While in an open message,
- Select the Variable icon
- Click Company
- Select the Variable you wish to insert into your message
You can also click on Edit Variables to be quickly redirected to Variables edition page.
