Cloudbeds Guest Experience can integrate with your Quore account to automate requests, work orders, or complaints so they’re dispatched and recorded automatically.
- Go to the Company
page.
- Click Integrations.
- Scroll to Task Management Integrations and enable Quore — status will show Pending Enablement.
- Our support team will contact Quore to confirm the connection and complete the Quore Authentication Token.
This step may take a few business days. We’ll finish the connection and email you once it’s active.
Create Quore tickets automatically whenever a guest request matches one of these categories: Service Request, Work Order, or Complaint.
- Go to the Automations
tab.
- Click Intent Action & Replies under Chatbot Automations.
- Select:
- Service Requests > Any Service Request
- Work Orders > Any Work Order Issue
- Contact > I have a complaint
- Message Sentiment — Any
- Action Type — Create a Ticket
- Request Type — Service Request, Work Order, or Complaint
- Click Save.
- Within a guest message, click the
menu.
- Select Create Ticket.
- Click Service Request / Work Order / Complaint.
- Confirm — the ticket is dispatched to Quore for the relevant team.
After creation, task updates will automatically appear in the guest’s conversation.
