Cloudbeds Guest Experience Integration - HotSOS Connection Guide

Cloudbeds Guest Experience can integrate with your HotSOS account to automate service requests so they’re dispatched and recorded seamlessly.

  1. Contact HotSOS to purchase your integration.

HotSOS will provide you with an authentication token.

  1. Go to the Company Company icon page.
  2. Access the Integrations section.
  3. Scroll to Task Management Integrations and enable HotSOS.

This triggers an email to our support team. A customer coach will contact you to request your token and complete authentication internally.

Create HotSOS tickets automatically when a guest request matches the Service Request category.

  1. Go to Automations Automations icon.
  2. Click Intent Action & Replies.
  3. Select Service Requests.
  4. Click the + icon next to Any Service Request – Category Fallback.

  • Message Sentiment: Any
  • Action Type: Create a Ticket
  • Request Type: Service Request
  1. Click Save.

  1. Within a guest message, click the Three dots (ellipsis) icon.
  2. Select Create Ticket and choose Service Request / Room Rush.
  3. Confirm — the ticket and task will be dispatched to HotSOS for the assigned department.

After creating the ticket, task updates will automatically appear within the guest’s conversation.
