Whistle Tickets - How to Create/Schedule Tickets

  1. Go to the Tickets tab
  2. Select Tickets
  3. Click New Ticket
  1. Fill in Ticket Details 
    1. Title (optional)
    2. Ticket Type - Task, Checklist or Inspection
    3. Assignee - whistle user to complete ticket (optional)
    4. Priority (optional)
    5. Room - location of ticket (optional)
    6. Description (optional)
    7. Schedule - start and due date/time (optional)
      • Repeat - recurring ticket (optional)
  2. Click Create Ticket
  • Task Type - Request/Work Order
  • Checklist - Admin Created Checkmark To Do List
  • Inspection - Admin Created Daily Review (Pass, Inspect, Fail)
