Live Chat allows for messaging between your property and potential guests through your website.
This feature requires Engagement Plus package.
Access Live Chat Settings
- Go to the Live Chat tab inside Whistle
- Select Settings section
- Select Design section
You have the following options:
- Click Theme
- Select Theme Colors
Start Chat Form
- Click Start Chat Form
- Update Form Information
- Disable Start Chat Form
- Display Name
Fields - click to edit existing fields, delete, or add new field
- Text, Email, Marketing Consent Checkbox
- Click Launcher
- Enable External Launcher Button
- Add External Element ID
An external launcher allows you to specify a HTML button ID that opens the Live Chat widget. By default a button is provided.
