Whistle Guest Chat - How to View Archived or Blocked Guests

Admin Access is required to access both tabs in Guest Chat page.

In Whistle for Cloudbeds,

  1. Open the Guest Chat tab
  2. Click Archived or
  3. Blocked tabs
  4. Search or select the guest to view message history

Once a guest is blocked, the property will no longer receive any messages from that number and your team will be unable to send any messages to that number.
