Send a message to your guest(s) in the form of a question where the platform tracks the response. Automate specific responses based on the guest reply.
Surveys are created by admins, but all users have access.
Access Surveys
- Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
- Select the Surveys section

Create new Surveys
- Click on Create New Template

Fill out Survey Details
- Survey Title - not seen by guest
- Question - text sent to guest starting interaction

Answer Type
- Options - text based "yes" or "no"
- Range - number based 1-10

For automated replies, scroll down to click Add Follow Up
- Set time to be delay (suggested 0)
- Type message or use message icons for additional services
- Click Save
- Click Create
Edit or Delete Surveys
On Surveys page, click on the icons to:
- Edit Survey
- Delete Survey
- Go to Survey Template Results (Analytics)

Send a Survey from Guest Chat
- While in the Guest Chat tab
- Click Start Conversation
- Select Start Survey
- Create New survey or click + Use Survey Template
- Click Next at the top right
- Add guest(s) or upload csv/excel file of guest(s) details from Cloudbeds PMS
- Click Next at the top right
- Click Send Survey or Schedule
