Whistle Company Page - How to Use Campaign History

From the Campaign History tab you can view campaigns sent from the platform to each guest (not a group message).

Admins can see all messages sent out of the platform as a campaign and resend to the same guest(s) for a follow up.

Access Campaign History

  1. Go to the Company tab inside Whistle
  2. Select the Campaign History section

  1. Under Actions, select Campaign Arrow to view the campaign

On next page you can see the following:

  1. Performance
  2. Message Analysis
  3. Top Messages
  4. Recipients
  5. Follow up Campaign

How to Send

On the Campaign History page:

  1. Select Follow Up Campaign tab
  2. Enter Campaign Description
  3. Type Message or use message icons for additional services
    • Templates
    • Variables
    • Widgets
    • Google Translate
    • Emojis
    • Upload
    • Upsell (Engagement Plus Package)
  4. Click Send or send later with clock icon
