Enable Email Notifications for Cloudbeds Guest Experience Reports

Cloudbeds Guest Experience sends daily, weekly, and monthly status reports to the recipients listed in the Reports page.

  • Daily reports are sent at midnight.
  • Weekly reports are sent on Mondays.
  • Monthly reports are sent on the 1st of each month.

Set up Email Recipients

  1. Access the Company Settings page

  2. Select the Reports section.
  3. Click to add

    Add report recipient button

  1. Enter the recipient email.
  2. Disable the reports you don't want:
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Monthly
  3. Click to confirm.

  Tips for managing recipients:

  • You can Disable any of the reports for a specific user anytime by switching the toggle.
  • You can also Remove a recipient from the list anytime by clicking Remove next to the email added.

  • Leaderboards;
  • Upsells.
