Create and Use Message Templates in Whistle

In Whistle for Cloudbeds, you can create message Templates that will be saved and be available for all users to use as quick responses. They save time and simplify inbox management. Learn how to manage your templates below.

Create Templates

  1. Access the Company Settingscompany.pngpage
  2. Go to the Templates section
  3. All Templates created will be listed under Company and User tabs
  4. Click to
  5. Add the Template Title
  6. Set the Template type as Company Template
  7. Write the Template Message
  8. Save Template.

Edit and Remove Templates

Next to each created template, click on to edit or delete it:

Send a Template in a Message

In Whistle for Cloudbeds, every message field has the option to add a template while typing.

  1. Click on the button,
  2. Select the Surveys tab
  3. Choose the template you want to add to the message from your Survey Templates list.
