Create and Use Message Templates in Cloudbeds Guest Experience

In Cloudbeds Guest Experience, you can create message Templates that will be saved and available for all users to use as quick responses. They save time and simplify inbox management. Learn how to manage your templates below.

Create Templates

  1. Access the Company Settings page.

    Company Settings icon

  2. Go to the Templates section.
  3. All templates created will be listed under the Company and User tabs.
  4. Click Add Template.

  5. Add the Template Title.
  6. Set the template type as Company Template.
  7. Write the Template Message.
  8. Save Template.

Edit and Remove Templates

Next to each created template, click the edit icon Edit template icon to edit or delete it.

Send a Template in a Message

In Cloudbeds Guest Experience, every message field includes the option to add a template while typing.

  1. Click the template button Template icon
  2. Select the Surveys tab.
  3. Choose the template you want to add from your Survey Templates list.
