Whistle Logs - How to Use Log Sheets

Log Sheets allows you to keep track of requests or guest outreach. Most likely used by the front desk since this feature is only available in the desktop version of Whistle.

Access Log Sheets

  1. Go to the Tickets tab inside Whistle
  2. Select Logs

How to Update / Add Columns

  1. Click Edit Columns
  2. Update or Add Columns to what you want to keep track of daily
  3. Click Save

How to Add Entry

  1. Click Add
  2. Enter Log Details - complete columns
  3. Click Submit

How to Submit or Discard Entry

  1. Select Log
  2. Click Submit or Discard

Lookup Sheet and Export

  1. Select the Date at top right of page
  2. Select Date you wish to view log sheet
  1. Click Export
