How to Connect AltoVita to Cloudbeds PMS

How to connect AltoVita to Cloudbeds PMS

Step 1 - Getting Started

Create new listings with Altovita directly in Cloudbeds PMS:

  1. Open Manage (gear icon)
  2. Under Channel Distribution, go to Channels
  3. Search for AltoVita and click Not Setup
  1. Click Create New Listing on AltoVita
  1. Check the agreement to the terms and conditions and continue. (AltoVita will use the room and property information on Cloudbeds PMS, make sure they are all correct)

Your registration is succeeded. Save your AltoVita Hotel ID and pasword for future reference and proceed to Step 2.

Step 2 - Start mapping AltoVita in Cloudbeds
  1. Click on Manage (gear icon)
  2. Go to the Channels page
  3. Search for AltoVita and click on not setup
  1. Click on Connect Existing Listing
  1. Login with your AltoVita Hotel ID and Password
  1. Review the Room Mapping - map the room types created in Cloudbeds with their corresponding rooms in AltoVita. A drop-down menu will display all the existing rooms in the channel's extranet.

Do not map multiple rooms to one single room in Cloudbeds PMS or channel. The room mapping must be one-to-one.

  1. Add Base Rate Adjustment for each room type, if needed. Click Next when completed or if you want to skip this step.

The mapping is complete.
