The Property Profile includes important details about your property to be displayed in your Cloudbeds Booking Engine. In this article you will find all you need to know about setting up your property profile.
Overview
The information added to your Property Profile will be displayed only in your Cloudbeds Boooking Engine and Email Communication through Cloudbeds PMS.
In the Property Profile page you can edit your:
In Property Contact Info add or update the:
- Property Type
- Property Name
- The Property Name is displayed in all communications for your reservations, user actions, and reports
- Do not use any comma in the property name as it will cause error in sending email messages from the system.
- Do not use \ in the property name - it will break the functionality in your booking engine.

Property Email
- Ensure that the property email is accurate and accessible. Guest inquiries will be sent to the property email address.
- First/Last Property's Contact Name
- Property Phone
- Website
- Save all editings.
Changing the Property Name does not change the Company Legal Name at the Billing Portal - Only the Property/Company Name will be updated.

- Scroll down to the Property Address section in the property profile page
- Fill out your accurate property address - with the full address, the system will search for the location.
- Click Save.
The full This map will be visible to guests in the Booking Engine, make sure that your location is correct (especially the postal code).
If the location of your property is not displaying in the correct location on the map, drag the marker to the correct location to update the coordinates.

Highlights
- Minimum image dimensions: Property Profile (700 x 490 pixels) & Print Header (600x80 pixels) - smaller size image will be stretched to fit, for better results, upload the image in higher resolution than mentioned.
- These images are used only for Cloudbeds Booking Engine and will not be sent to any OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).
- PNG or JPG image files are recommended.
- We do not recommend image files larger than 3 MB. They can cause loading problems for guests with slower internet connections.
- You can use, for example, this service to crop your photos.
The Property Profile Photos are the presentation images of your property shown in your Cloudbeds Booking Engine. For example, the entrance, reception, lobby, restaurant and some amenities to give your guests the best overview.
Upload Property Profile Photos
In Cloudbeds PMS,
- In the property profile page, scroll down to Property Photos
- Click Select Image to upload a new photo
- Upload your files by either clicking to browse your computer or dragging files into the section:
- You can + Add more photos
- Or click to remove selected files, if needed
- Once ready, click on Done to save
- Reorder the photos by dragging them
- Click on the pencil icon to edit the picture frame
- Click on "x" to delete it
- Edit Alt text: describe the contents of your photo.
When you add your Print Header logo in the property profile, it will be shown in the top of the page only when printing the following sections in Cloudbeds PMS:
- Housekeeping page
- Dashboard reservations
- Folio page
Follow the same process to upload photos above to add, edit, crop, delete or add Alt-text to your Print Header:
