Frequently asked questions

Expand the questions below to find answers about Guest Marketing sending suspensions, reactivation, and prevention.

Can I still send emails during a suspension?

No. You cannot send campaigns until your account or the affected campaign is reactivated.

Is my subscription paused while I am suspended?

No. Your Cloudbeds subscription continues while Guest Marketing sending is suspended. Contact Cloudbeds Support as soon as possible to resolve the suspension.

For information about subscription statuses, see Guest Marketing subscription statuses.

Where do I see why I was suspended?

Open the Deliverability center in Guest Marketing. It displays the suspension reason and, for campaign-related suspensions, the campaign and performance results that triggered it.

Can I reactivate sending myself?

If this is your first suspension caused by campaign performance, you can follow the steps in the Guest Marketing Deliverability center to reactivate sending.

Suspensions related to sign-up checks, transactional email results, suspected account compromise, or Terms of Use violations require review by Cloudbeds Support.

What happens if I am suspended a second time?

Guest Marketing cannot automatically reactivate sending after a repeat suspension.

If you believe the suspension was a mistake, contact Cloudbeds Support to request a review. Include the suspension reason, details of your recent campaigns, and any steps you have already taken to address the issue.

What should I do before sending again?

Before sending another campaign, review your contact list quality, confirm that guests have opted in to receive marketing emails, and check that your sending domain is verified.

For more recommendations, see Best practices for email deliverability.

How do I contact Support?
