Issuer details in Fiscal Document

Configure issuer details on fiscal documents

You can control which details appear in the issuer header of invoices and other fiscal documents. From the Main Menu Main menu icon go to Finance > Invoices and documents. Each document type has two independent settings:

  • Show property details: Displays the property name and address.
  • Show company details: Displays the legal company name, tax IDs, and registered legal address.

These settings support three configurations:

  • Property details only: This is the current default. If you have not changed these settings, your documents will continue to show the property name and address as before.
  • Property and company details: If company details were already enabled, they remain enabled. Documents show the property name and address with the legal company name, tax IDs, and registered legal address. Nothing changes unless you adjust the settings.

  • Company details only: This option hides the property name and address and shows only the legal company name, tax IDs, and registered legal address. This configuration is useful when the registered legal address differs from the physical property address, which is common for property groups.

Required company details: When you select Company details only, the legal company name, country, street address, state or province, city, and postal code are required. Complete these fields before saving to prevent documents from having a blank issuer header.

Configure the issuer details separately for each document type. The invoice is the primary configuration. Credit notes, receipts, and pro-formas can copy the invoice configuration to stay synchronized automatically or use their own settings.

Existing settings: Every document must include an issuer, so at least one of the two options is always enabled. Existing settings carry over automatically, with no change to the current document appearance. The new company address fields remain empty until you complete them.
