Functionality

With our 2-way integration, Duetto GameTime receives real-time data for reservations, blocked inventory, and group allotments from Cloudbeds. It sends pricing for standalone rates.

After every night audit, Duetto GameTime also receives all posted folios for accurate and up-to-date revenue calculation and reporting.

The integration supports updating rates for the next 365 days.

How to connect

From your Account , go to Apps & Marketplace
Search for Duetto GameTime and click Learn More.
On the app preview, click Connect App.
The Application Authorization page will display the list of permissions the app requires. Click Allow Access to confirm the connection.
You will receive a pop-up confirmation, and the Duetto GameTime team will follow up with additional information. All required steps will be completed by your Duetto GameTime onboarding specialist.

Limitations

With the Duetto GameTime integration, it is currently not possible to send rate updates with supplements for extra guests.
GameTime does not support Product Level restrictions; therefore, it's not possible to set restrictions from Duetto to Cloudbeds via the integration.

How to disconnect

Disconnecting an interface from Duetto GameTime is a manual process and requires assistance from Duetto GameTime’s technical staff. Before disconnecting, please open a support ticket in the Resource Hub.
