This article answers the most common questions about the Create your own website experience in Cloudbeds (also known as the DIY option), including what information is used to generate your website and what to expect during setup.

  • Question: What information is automatically used to build the website?
  • Answer: The AI uses the Property Name, Property Description, Location/Address, Amenities list, and Accommodation (Room) details stored in the Cloudbeds PMS.
  • Question: Can customers use their own images and logos?
  • Answer: Yes. Users can edit images and add their own images and logos through the Website Editor.
  • Question: Is there a cost to try the AI website builder?
  • Answer: Customers can start a 14-day free trial to generate and review their website. A paid subscription is required to publish the site live.
  • Question: How long does the website generation take?
  • Answer: The website is auto-generated in a few minutes. You will be notified in your dashboard once the full site is ready for final review.
