The website builder allows you to create your own website using Generative AI to transform your property’s information—including your name, description, location, amenities, and room details—into a fully functional website in minutes.

Unlike traditional website builders, the Cloudbeds Website is built specifically for the hospitality industry. It comes pre-integrated with your Cloudbeds Booking Engine and is optimized to turn visitors into guests.

Getting Started

How to access and choose your path

To begin creating your DIY website, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Cloudbeds PMS
2. From the Main Menu , navigate to Digital Marketing
3. Select the Websites tab and click Get started
4. Review the subscription details, accept the Terms of Service, and check Build my website
5. Click Continue

The AI Generation Process

Step 1: Automated Data Retrieval

The process begins by leveraging the "source of truth" already stored in your Cloudbeds Property Profile. The AI automatically pulls the following information to build your site’s foundation:

• Property Name and Contact Info: Essential for your headers, footers, and contact pages.
• Property Description: Used to craft your "About Us" and homepage summaries.
• Location/Address: Integrated into your contact section and location descriptions.
• Amenities List: Converted into organized features sections.
• Accommodation (Room) Details: Automatically generates your room types and descriptions.

Step 2: Reviewing and Refining the Content

After you select the Build with AI option, a Build your website drawer will appear. In this step, you can review the AI-generated property and location descriptions.

• Tailored Prompts: A specialized AI prompt analyzes your PMS data to generate concise, hospitality-focused descriptions.
• Customization: While the AI fills these fields automatically, you can edit the text here before clicking Create website to ensure the tone matches your brand.

Step 3: Instant Site Generation

Once you confirm your details, the system generates your multi-page website blueprint in seconds. You can track the progress directly on your Digital Marketing dashboard via a three-step status bar: Generate assets → In development → Review and publish.

Step 4: Notification and Access

You do not need to stay on the page while the AI works.

• Notification: You will receive a dashboard notification (and an email) stating "Your website is ready!" once the draft is complete.
  
• Entering the Editor: Click the Edit my website button on your dashboard to enter the Website Editor and begin personalizing your site.
