Reset credit card viewing password
Things to note
- Only users logged in as Property Owner have access to the Security page to grant or remove credit card viewing permissions.
- Only the property owner can reset the credit card password for any authorized staff . When the password is reset, the previous one will no longer be valid; this adds an extra layer of protection to guest data.
To reset your credit card viewing password, follow the steps below:
- Click on the Account menu, and select My Profile.
- Click Reset credit card viewing passcode.
- Click Reset and a reset password link will be sent to your email.
- Click OK to close the pop-up window.
- You should receive a Credit Card Viewing Password Reset email. Click on the Reset Password link and follow further instructions on the screen.
Disable credit card viewing privileges
- The Property owner can grant credit card viewing permission to other users and can also remove the permission if it is no longer needed.
- Only users logged in as Property Owner have access to the Security page to grant or remove credit card viewing permissions.
As the Property Owner, follow the steps below to disable credit card viewing privileges:
- In your Account menu, go to the Settings Page and click on Security.
- For the user whose credit card password will be disabled, switch the toggle in the Access column to disable it.
- Click to Apply.
- Review the warning on the screen to ensure only the correct users have access.
- Click Confirm.

As our team explained, this option will only appear once your user gains permission to view credit card information. This permission can only be granted by the property owner.

Afternoon..When i go under my profile, I do not get the 3rd option to reset my password..
I have reset it before , so why am i not able to do it again. My name is attached to this account..
