Expedia is updating its Expedia Collect (EC) model to include additional information in reservations in certain markets. The updates will be done in an ongoing rolling basis by country.
What is changed?
There will be a few messages shown in all reservations sent from the Expedia Collect for some regions only. They will be displayed under the Special Request section.
