How to connect LUEX Surf & Snow Travel to Cloudbeds PMS

If you don't have an account with LUEX Surf & Snow Travel yet, marketing materials should be prepared beforehand, to make the Onboarding and activation process fast.

Once you sent the above marketing materials to LUEX Surf & Snow Travel, access your Cloudbeds PMS account and follow the steps:

1. Click on Channels tab
2. Find LUEX Surf & Snow Travel channel and click NOT SETUP, CLICK TO SETUP

3. Select CREATE NEW LISTING

3. Ensure that you have read and that you Agree to the Terms & Conditions for LUEX Surf & Snow Travel
4. Click CONTINUE

When the connection between myallocator (channel manager by Cloudbeds) and the channel is established, you should contact LUEX Surf & Snow Travel team to activate your property.

Then mapping between LUEX Surf & Snow Travel and Cloudbeds PMS will be already in place. Make sure that everything is correct.

After the account is created, send the following information to myallocator@luex.com:

• Supplier preferred display name (for bank statements)
• Payout preferences:
  • payout currency
  • bank account holder name
  • bank account holder country and address
  • bank account number/IBAN
  • bank details (country, name, swift code)
  • correspondent bank details if applicable
• Supplier Billing address
• Supplier Company name, registration number, VAT number if applicable
• Property preferred display name
• Property country
• URL to property page (if exists)
• Property general terms and conditions
• URL to general terms and conditions if exists
• Property contacts (executive, reservations, billing, marketing, airport meet, emergency):

  • Email
  • Skype (optional)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • WhatsApp number (optional)
  • Viber number (optional)
