Cloudbeds Billing Portal - How to check my current Cloudbeds Plan (Package)?

Cloudbeds believes every lodging business is unique. We have tools for every size and budget to establish and grow. We offer four different Cloudbeds plans: Essentials, Plus, Premier, and Enterprise and each has features for your need.

This article will guide you to check what Cloudbeds Plan was subscribed for your property and what features are included.

The Property Owner has access to the Billing Portal by default. The rest of the users can be given access to the billing portal on the Roles page. Learn more: Roles and Permissions

Follow the steps below:

  1. Account
  2. Select Current Packages
  3. Under Current Packages, you will see your Cloudbeds Plan and any add-on features currently active.

Cloudbeds Plans: Essentials, Plus, Premier, Enterprise. If you have the legacy plan you will see it as Cloudbeds Full.

How to check what features included in my plan

If your property type is Vacation Rental or Groups, please contact your Market Manager or our support team at support@cloudbeds.com to inquire what features included in your plan, for other property types follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Cloudbeds Pricing page
  2. Select your location and property type.
  1. Continue the next step by entering the number of private rooms / dormitory beds and click See Plans.
  1. You will see a list of features on the left and under your Cloudbeds Plan, check if the feature is included (has a checkmark).
