The Property Switcher is an icon available in the top right corner of your Cloudbeds PMS. It allows the user to switch between multiple properties that they were registered under the same email address.
Which users will be able to see this icon?
- Users that were registered within an Organization such as Organization Owner, Organization Admins and Organization Users
- Users that have been registered in two or more properties using the same email address. Those properties may belong or not to an Organization.
Example:
Lauren is registered in Bali Jungle Resort with the following email: lauren@bali.com. If Lauren is also registered in Hotel California using the same email address, she will be able to see the Property Switcher.
For this reason, we strongly recommend properties to disable a user once they no longer belong to the property staff.
