How long does it take to have a live website?

On average, it takes 4 weeks for your website to go live.

Mutual participation between you and the Cloudbeds Website Team is essential to meet the 4-week delivery.

Can I take bookings through my new website?

Yes, the booking engine is seamlessly integrated with the website and can show availability and take bookings anytime. 

Do I need any experience in web design or programming to update my content?

Cloudbeds Websites was made for any property owner especially the ones without design and programming experience. Our designers will help you with template recommendations, suggest colors, and fonts that will work for your brand.

What do I need to do when I get Cloudbeds Websites?

Pick your website design of choice from our library of templates and prepare your logo, content, and domain. Our team will schedule a kick-off call with you and guide you through the next steps and timeline. Check out our Website Onboarding Experience.

Will my new website look good on mobile devices?

Your website is fully responsive on mobile and all devices including desktop and tablets.

Can you build a website for a group of properties?

Yes, we can build a website for all current independent or group properties of Cloudbeds.

Are there any opportunities for the SEO-promotion of my website on Cloudbeds websites?

Yes, Cloudbeds Websites can be SEO optimized. In addition to our specialists doing a primary SEO setup, you will have access to adjust your SEO set-up and choose to activate a blog.

Are Cloudbeds Websites ADA compliant?

Accessibility/ADA compliance is optional and supported by Cloudbeds Websites through an add-on integration. Your options will be discussed by your website designer.

What regions are Cloudbeds Websites available in?

We are onboarding customers in all regions, but currently, our Websites Designers team can only support English communication.

How many languages can I have on my website?

Currently, one language. Your website will be set up in your primary language of choice, and your website designer will be onboarding in English.

Can I use my existing domain?

Yes, we can use an existing domain as long as you have full access to update the settings DNS settings.

Do you offer email hosting?

We do not provide email hosting services. This is separate and different from Cloudbeds Websites hosting. 

Can I change my domain name once my website is published?

Yes, we may update your domain name even after your website has been published. 

Can I transfer my Cloudbeds Website to another host?

We cannot transfer your website to another host. We also cannot extract your website content.

What happens to my website if I cancel or suspend my Cloudbeds Account?

Your website will be unpublished when you cancel or suspend your Cloudbeds account.
