What's New?
- Active Filtering: Filter pills now actively display their state. When a filter is applied, you'll see it visually highlighted as "active," so you always know what criteria are currently applied to your results.
- Easy Management: Click the "x" on an active filter pill to clear the filter criteria or click the "x" on an inactive (non-applied) filter pill to remove it from the display and return it to the filter drawer.
Filter Options
The new Reservations List page now offers even more ways to narrow down your search with powerful new filters, including:
- Total Price
- Balance Due
- Adults
- Children
- Meal Plan
Reservation Export Wizard
- Full Data Alignment: The new wizard now gives you access to all available columns, including important data points like Deposit and Balance Due, aligning the export functionality with the legacy page and addressing key customer requests.
- Customizable Export Workflow: When exporting reservations from the new list page, you will be guided through a wizard that lets you select specific filters and columns you want to include in your export file. This provides greater flexibility and customization for your reporting needs.
Important Note on Filtering
Please be aware that filters applied on the main reservations list results page will not automatically carry over into the Export Wizard.
- This is because the data sources used for the on-screen list and the export file are different.
- To ensure you export the correct subset of data, please add your desired filters and columns directly within the Export Wizard. (A tooltip is available in the wizard to remind you of this.)
How to export
- Click the Export icon
- Select the filters if needed
- Select and arrange the Columns. You can drag the columns between lists or drag within the selected list to reorder.
- Confirm to generate the export
- Download the file.
