As we evolve the Payment Portal into your comprehensive hub for all things payments, this feature provides a concise, easy-to-export summary of your monthly payment activity.

Key Features and Availability

Item	Details
Purpose	To provide a concise, reconciled summary of payment activity for any month, making it easier to reconcile internal ledgers and meet local accounting requirements.
Availability	Available to all Cloudbeds Payments (CBPAY) properties on both Blended Rate and Interchange Plus (IC+) fee structures.
New Region	Immediately available for Cloudbeds Payments Thailand properties.
Navigation	Access the new dashboard here: Payment → Reports → Statements

What You Will See in the Statements Dashboard

The Statements page is divided into two main components:

1. Mini Dashboard (At-a-Glance Panel)

Located at the top of the page, this panel provides a summary of your activity for the date range you select:

Metric	Description
Gross Sales Count	The total number of successful transactions.
Refunds Count	The total number of refund transactions issued.
Total Net Amount	The final amount remitted to you after all fees and refunds have been deducted (Gross Sales - Refunds - Fees).

2. Statement Table

Below the mini dashboard, this table lists a summary row for each month:

Statement Month	The calendar month covered by the report (e.g., April 2025).
Gross Sales	The count and total value of all successful transactions for the month.
Refunds	The count and total value of all refunds processed during the month.
Net Amount	Your Gross Sales minus the total Refunds and total Fees for the month.

Download and Reconciliation Tools

For each monthly entry in the table, you have the option to easily download or print the full document:

Action	Result
Export PDF	Generates a full, itemized statement that provides a comprehensive view of all successful transactions, all fees applied, payout totals, adjustments, and refunds. This is ideal for sharing with accountants or auditors.
Print	Sends the same itemized PDF directly to your printer.
