How to connect Smartnet

  • This is POS integration, where Smartnet will pull rooms and reservations from Cloudbeds
  • As soon as a table is closed and the guest wants to send their tab to Cloudbeds, Smartnet will sync all the items consumed and post them to our PMS in the relevant reservation
  • Items sent will be sent with tax included
  • Smartnet will allow you to void items sent to Cloudbeds

Limitations:

  • No stock synchronization
  • Full revenue sync not available (transactions sent to house account)

Connection guide

  1. Go to your Account Account menu icon.png and select Apps & Marketplace Apps and Marketplace icon.png
  2. Search for Smartnet
  3. Click Learn More
  4. Connect App 
  5. Allow Access
  6. Smartnet POS team will follow up with you shortly with any additional onboarding instructions.
     

Follow these instructions if you'd like to disconnect he app.
