For properties that have been migrated to our new invoicing system, you will now see a new Invoices & Documents tab under the Accounting menu.
This new page provides a centralized, comprehensive list of all your fiscal documents in one place, making it easier than ever to track your finances.

What is new
The Invoices & Documents view gives you an at-a-glance summary of every document, including:
- Document Type: Clearly identifies whether the document is an Invoice, Credit Note, Pro Forma Invoice, etc.
- Date Created: The date the document was generated.
- Document Number: The unique identifying number for each document.
- Reservation / Group ID & Name: Links the document to the corresponding reservation or group.
- Recipient: The name of the person or company the document was issued to.
- Amount: The total monetary value of the document.
- Balance: The outstanding amount owed.
- Due Date: The date by which payment is expected.
- Status: The current status of the document (e.g., Draft, Issued, Paid).
Effortless Navigation and Filtering
To help you find what you need quickly, the new view includes powerful filtering and navigation features:
- Filter by: You can filter the list by Document Type, Date Created, Amount, Balance, Due Date, and Status. You can also filter the list by Source (e.g., Reservation, Group, or Accounts Receivable) to find documents created via the AR workflow.
- Quick Navigation: The Reservation/Group ID & Name and Document Number are now hyperlinked, allowing you to quickly navigate to the specific reservation or the document's details page.
Currently, this view supports Invoices, Credit Notes, and Pro Forma Invoices. Support for Receipts will be added in a future release.
