Functionality

With our 2-way integration, Duetto GameChanger receives real-time data for reservations, blocked inventory, and group allotments from Cloudbeds. It sends pricing and restrictions for standalone rates, and restrictions only for derived rates.

After every night audit, Duetto GameChanger also receives all posted folios for accurate and up-to-date revenue calculation and reporting.

The integration supports updating rates and restrictions for the next 365 days. Supported restrictions include minimum and maximum stays, close to arrival, close to departure, and accommodation blocked.

How to connect

From your Account , go to Apps & Marketplace
Search for Duetto GameChanger and click Learn More.
On the app preview, click Connect App.
The Application Authorization page will display the list of permissions the app requires. Click Allow Access to confirm the connection.
You will receive a pop-up confirmation, and the Duetto GameChanger team will follow up with additional information. Your Duetto GameChanger onboarding specialist will complete all required steps.

Limitations

With the Duetto GameChanger integration, it is currently not possible to send rate updates with supplements for extra guests.

How to disconnect

Disconnecting an interface from Duetto GameChanger is a manual process and requires assistance from Duetto GameChanger’s technical staff. Before disconnecting, please open a support ticket in the Resource Hub.
