Users Overview

If you have access to the create and manage user accounts, you will see the Users option in your menu in the top right:

Clicking on this opens the list of all users assigned access to your hotels

Here you can Add add-button-plus-sign.png, Edit edit-button-pencil-icon.png or Delete delete-button-trash-icon.png users.

User Types

There are several permission levels available:

  • Administrator - Full Access, can create and manage users
  • Senior Management
  • Department Management
  • Revenue & Marketing 
  • Revenue - Full Access, except user management
  • Marketing - Access to the marketing reports and marketing analytic sections. No financials access
  • Front Office - Just access to pickup reports sections, with no financials access (only rate and availability)
